Corporate summer festival

An office festival

The Edit team received this office transformation brief to turn a practical office space into an exciting festival event. The event was to hold around 150 guests, a mixture of clients and staff and was to be hosted across the inside offices spaces as well as the outdoor courtyard.

The event atmosphere

The look and feel of the event was to be relaxed, informal and very summery. Whilst previous events hosted within the office event spaces have had a more formal feel, this was to break the mould and be very different. We chose the food accordingly with the options being served in a fun way with a variety of food stalls for guests to choose from. They could feast on everything from Southern inspired dishes to Mexican tacos to Calzone. Additionally, we also utilised vintage horse trucks and fire engines to serve the food from adding to the creative aspect of the event. The vintage ice cream campervan was also extremely popular!

The styling

In line with the look and feel of the event the creative styling followed suit. Bright colours were added in masses with colourful bunting string across the courtyard. Festoon lighting also created the perfect atmosphere as the sun set and colourful paper honeycomb lanterns swung gently in the breeze. Finally, we focussed on having beautiful festival style furniture to add to the look. As a result, the seating fitted perfectly with the theme. Vintage and stylish set ups were featured throughout the space. Guests loved the Pimms bike bar. We set this by the courtyard entrance and served both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions of the classic British drink.

''A massive thanks to you both and the Edit team for helping me pull off this party!

I have had such amazing feedback; everyone loved the transformation, the atmosphere and the food.''
