A summer's evening at the Serpentine Gallery

On a gorgeous summer's evening, the Serpentine was the perfect client summer drinks reception venue for this elegant and well attended reception. The event was designed as a networking evening and a thank you to top clients of this PR agency. We used the Serpentine Gallery itself alongside the summer terraces and lawns and even a secret garden.

The format

Guests were greeted with champagne and cocktails on arrival before being offered a private view of the Faith Ringgold exhibition. The work was her first in a European institution and guests were introduced to the works by specialist gallery guides. Following the viewing the front terraces were the perfect spot to enjoy delicious canapés and bowl food.

A secret bar

As the evening drew on guests were able to discover the secret gin bar in the hidden back garden. This garden, sat behind the stunning Magazine Restaurant, was the perfect spot for a refreshing G&T. A botanical filled bar offered a variety of gins such as Sipsmith, Hendricks and Monkey 47. Guests could then choose their tonic and garnishes from a vide variety before reclining in the magnificent, vintage peacock chairs.

''Thank you so so much for today. As always it’s a pleasure to work with you all.

You take the stress out of planning an event and make everything look so beautiful.''
