Meet the experienced and event obsessed team behind The Edit and the people who make your event brief come to life. Our event managers adore creating events and are definitely in love with the industry.
We work well together and all love different aspects of the industry. Get a glimpse into our event lives below and for full details read the interviews with each team member.

SARAH KAY
Managing Director
Sarah set up The Edit to focus purely on creative events. With a love for a fast paced environment The Edit team embrace new challenges and logistically complicated events constantly.
FAVOURITE EVENT?
I'm not sure I can choose. I feel proud of the diversity of events we are involved in and the range of clients we work with. I love them all!

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT EVENTS?
I love how no two days are ever the same. One day I can be putting together a mood board of ideas for a client, the next running through event logisitcs. It's a great mix of creativity and detail.
GO-TO FRIDAY LUNCHTIME ORDER IN?
It's a poké bowl for me every time. I try and be adventurous now and then and go for something else and I always regret it!

FAVOURITE FRIDAY AFTERNOON DRINK?
It depends on the time of year and how the week has been. If we have something to celebrate then a champagne or English Sparkling wine gets my vote. Equally I love a crisp white or an interesting red wine (as long as Natascha wasn't choosing it!).
Sarah
NATASCHA MORGAN
Senior Event Manager
Natascha works on the production side of the team and loves nothing more than being on site, pulling together the logistics for an event that's been months in the planning.
FAVOURITE EVENT?
It's hard to choose but I really enjoyed the summer festival we created in Bloomsbury. It was challenging to deliver an event with such a big build in central London. Seeing the daytime summer festival turn into an amazing evening party was so much fun.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT EVENTS?
How fast paced it is. I weirdly love the stress of it all. That moment of falling into bed after 17 hours on my feet is such a glorious reward.
GO-TO DATE NIGHT RESTAURANT?
Angelina in Dalston - best Japanese-Italian fusion ever hands down.

FAVOURITE FRIDAY AFTERNOON DRINK?
Having grown up in Germany my answer should probably be beer, but I'm a sucker for big fat glass of Malbec (especially if it's from Mendoza). But on an extra hot day I love a "Hugo", a German cocktail made up of elderflower syrup, crushed mint leaves and Prosecco, so refreshing!
Natascha
CESSA TAPP
Senior Account Manager
With a background in hospitality Cessa has a keen eye for detail. From hotel life to event agency she brings a great energy to the office.
FAVOURITE EVENT?
I loved the With Nothing Underneath launch event as it was so intimate and special. The personalised linen napkins were a great touch and made the event feel very personal and bespoke.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT EVENTS?
One of the things I love is the people. I can often be found on the phone to clients for most of the day, catching up, discussing event ideas and brainstorming venues.
HARD-ROCK OR POP - WHAT'S YOUR PICK?
Musicals. All day, every day. Natascha and I sing along so loud our office neighbours have checked in a few times to make sure we were ok. ​

They call me the queen of rose!
Cessa
GO-TO FRIDAY LUNCHTIME ORDER IN?
Pizza, Burger, Tacos Tacos Tacos - you name it! I instigated 'Fat Fridays' in the office and it's such a fun day - the whole office will come together for an indulgent lunch once a week.

FAVOURITE FRIDAY AFTERNOON DRINK?
I'll always love Prosecco.. I discovered it on my internship and I have been addicted ever since. A crisp, cold glass of bubbles is the best way to welcome in the weekend.
TONIA HART
PA & Business Operations Manager
Tonia has worked in the wonderful world of events for many years since studying it at university. Alongside her role at The Edit she runs a floristry business designing flowers for events and delivering incredible bunches.
FAVOURITE EVENT?
I really liked the office install we did at a clients head office in Central London. The entranceway with the floral archway was so magical and perfect for the Enchanted Forest theme.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT EVENTS?
The creativity - it's just endless and so exciting to see.
ELLIE WILLIAMS
Events Executive
Ellie joined The Edit team just over a year ago and is our busy event executive. Ask Ellie where anything is in the warehouse and she'll tell you in a second - she likes to keep the place ship shape and the team too!
FAVOURITE EVENT?
I really enjoyed the Exodus Edits event in Manchester. I was involved from the start as we had just produced the London event for the press launch. We translated the concept across for consumers and delivered a really exciting and popular event.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT EVENTS?
I love that every day is different. One day I could sourcing an item for an event, the next day packing and prepping to go on site. It's so varied and means you never get bored.
GO-TO FRIDAY LUNCHTIME ORDER IN?
I do like to get involved in the Fat Friday ordering and have found a great pizza place nearby recently. Throughout the rest of the week though my lunches are very healthy - I'm the tupperware queen!​

FAVOURITE FRIDAY AFTERNOON DRINK?
I like a glass of wine or maybe some bubbles. Depending on how our week has been we may be celebrating winning a big pitch or perhaps toasting to an event well delivered. It's a great way to end the week.
